Ten years of songs is long enough to have a real arc and short enough that the writers still remember what each one was about. Shows like this tend to work as a loose retrospective — early material played with some affection and a little embarrassment, newer things offered as evidence of where it went. Meryl Rudy and Josh Bean are marking exactly that, with Julielle on the bill. Anniversaries in a neighborhood bar avoid the main failure mode of anniversaries, which is self-seriousness. The 5 Spot has no stage door and no green room, so the performers will be standing in the crowd before and after.
