Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit w/ Tony Thomas Three
Saturday, October 24, 2026 · 8:00 PM · Ryman Auditorium, Downtown
The Read
By night six the band has already played the obligations. What is left is the material that only comes out when everyone in the room, on both sides of the stage, has settled in — deep cuts, Drive-By Truckers songs, requests that would never make a one-off set. Isbell has spent years treating the Ryman as a workshop rather than a trophy, and closing nights are where that pays. Tony Thomas Three opens. The 400 Unit are loud enough to justify a rock club and precise enough to justify a church, and this room lets them be both inside one song. If you can only take one night of the run, the last one usually carries the most. Expect it to run long.
