Angela Autumn works the traditional end of country and folk writing — the kind that relies on melody and phrasing rather than production. Material like this either holds up in a quiet room or it does not, and the Blue Room offers no cover either way. A seven o’clock start suggests a full set rather than a showcase slot. The Blue Room is Third Man’s live venue and it holds fewer people than most bars do on a Tuesday.
