Doug Havron named it after his daughter Gabriella. Opened 2009 in the building that used to be Hap Townes. Grass-fed beef, house-baked buns, milkshakes made with house-made syrups. Lunch only — closes around 2:30pm. The pre-show stop when the show starts in the evening.

Elmer 'Santa' Irwin built this karaoke bar inside a double-wide trailer on Bransford Ave and hung Christmas lights that never came down. He died in September 2025 at 75; his grandson Riley runs it now. Cash, beer only, and no cursing on the mic — those were his rules and they still stand. Ed Sheeran and Kacey Musgraves both sang here. Open Wed–Sun from 4pm.
