Named for Guy Clark's bass player — Skinny Dennis Sanchez, 6'11", 135 pounds, dead at 28 in 1975. The Brooklyn original opened in 2013; the Gallatin Pike room arrived March 1, 2019 and was woven into East Nashville inside of a year.
