The Oklahoma City band works in sludge and noise rock, with vocals that lurch between a mutter and a full collapse. The subject matter is unglamorous and local — homelessness, industrial decay, the daily grind of an economy that has stopped pretending. It is heavy music with a documentary streak, which is rarer than it sounds. This is not a hang; it is an hour of sustained pressure. Brooklyn Bowl on a Monday is an odd slot for it, which will probably help — a smaller, more committed crowd, nobody there by accident. Expect the low end to be genuinely uncomfortable. That is the intended effect and the band is very good at producing it.
